Full CNC process show model to finished product. This demonstrates the tabbing function, which leaves parts attached to the sheet. This is the old version of the software.
The finishing touches on a 1-1/4" MDF manhole converted from image and cut with our Shopbot.
Cutting 20ga SS with a ShopBot and Makita RF1100 var. speed router. Air was used for cooling.
3/32 tin coated (5) flute endmill.
I did 16ga, but it took two passes.
I did not think this was possible.
Cutting 9" x 1/2" Crezon lettering using 1/8" downcut carbide endmill. Corrugated cardboard under the material to catch sawdust. Downcut gives a clean top edge, also helps push the material down, works well for softer materials like cork or Marmoleum.
